The Dance Board Meeting
Aella paced herself carefully, she had to make this meeting perfect. If no one liked the first meeting there won't be a second one and then there wont be a third one and then no dance! She carefully layed out colored coated schedueles on the table she made earlier this week. She scampered over towards the stage and pulled out a box. Inside was the kit of awesome themes and ideas for the Winter formal. Eventually after several minuets of pacing the floor, Aella calmed down, well, almost.
"What if no one comes, then it will be just me," Aella grew nervouse and anxious, her hands became a little sweaty. She checked her list of people who signed up, there were two other people besisdes herself who signed up. Aella prayed to her mother Theia that these people aren't some ankle biters who think boys still have cooties and don't own phones. Aella danced around the room fixing her banner for the campers she made last summer, "Demigods are Artsy Too," she smiled and fixed it from being off two degrees.
Aella sat on the stage's steps paitionatly waiting. She fiddled with her thumbs and then the frays on her jacket. "Oh my gods where are they?" She stood up and sat down now near the table. She poured the chex mix in the purple bowl and took a handfull, waiting for the others.

Jasper ran in. "Hello!" she said. "I'm Jasper, I signed up last week, and I'm daughter of Poseidon!" She grabbed a bottle of water and drank it, feeling weird since she practically was drinking herself.
Re: The Dance Board Meeting
Aella smiled at the new girl, around her age, maybe a little younger, "Hello," she handed her the packet, the panflips, and the brochure, "I'm Aella, daughter of Theia,"

"Nice to meet you," Jasper said. She squinted at the brochures and tried to read them upside down; her dyslexia was acting up again. She managed to make out a "sign here" and a "this dance will be great!"
Re: The Dance Board Meeting
"I'm a pretty good decorator," Jasper said, still trying to decipher the papers. "I can make fountains and I am good at weaseling snacks from the Hermes kids."
Re: The Dance Board Meeting
"In a couple days," Aella sighed. SHe whished that they had this meeting last week, allowing them to have more time to decorate, but alas, she has her violin practice last week with Chiron so she had to set the meeting up for today. She wished Annabeth was here, but she was on the Argo. She would have helped Aella with the ticket sales.

Morgan walked in. "Sorry I'm late," she said, not sounding sorry - at all. She forced a smile and sat down on a chair, rocking back and forth on it. "So, what did I miss?" she asked. "Oh, yeah. I'm Morgan Winters, daughter of Khione. I'm going to decorate the dance, I hope." She picked up her cat, Snowflake, and cuddled him.

"Hello, I am confused," Jasper said distractedly as she stared at the papers. "Oh my gods. What the Hades does this say? Pony..... uk-ee-juh-tone?" She sounded out the jumbled up letters.
Re: The Dance Board Meeting
Aella sighed, a person who can't read, she should have known. She tryed to smile, "It's allright. Thats only for slips and permissions to do things. She sat down on the stage holding the extra panflips, "So you guys have to miss your fourth activity every day for these meetings is that okay?" Aella prayed that they wouldn't be mad and that their fourth period is the their favorite. But hey, you need to make sacrifices.

"Dyslexia," Jasper muttered. "And fourth period is fine. It's Greek Mythology in English, so I am quite okay with that."
Re: The Dance Board Meeting
"Yes, sure, I just need to get something. Jasper ran out to the Hephaestus cabin.
Re: The Dance Board Meeting
Jasper ran back in about an hour later. She held a fountain engraved beautifully. She set it down and closed her eyes. Then she filled it with water. "If only it didn't run out of water. Can a Hecate kid, like, enchant it?" She pondered.
Re: The Dance Board Meeting
Morgan rolled her eyes. She waved her hand over the fountain, causing the water to pour out of the bowl. It rose and formed a banner. It turned to ice, with "The Winter Formal" etched onto it. "There," she said, bored. "You can use that." She crossed her arms over her chest and waited for the reactions of the others'.
OOC: I try to make her a jerk.

Aella studied the art, "Can it be neater? It's a formal dance, not an abstract art show,"

OOC: She's 16.
BIC: Morgan snorted and waved her hand again; the text turned into neat cursive. "Is that neat enough for you?" she asked, crossing her arms over her chest. "And, I don't care if it's a formal. Honestly, abstract shows are more entertaining," she added, rolling her eyes. Who cares if I'm being priggish? she thought, flipping her blonde hair.

Aella rolled her eyes,"It's a formal dance. So everything needs to be formal and elegant and pretty." Her OCD acting up again. She moved around studying it. She frowned, now she needed new drapes to match with all of this.If only Jasper had a different color fountain. If only they gave me the ideas first.

"It doesn't have to be fancy. I think it should be fun and like a real party."
