Flaws: Quiet-judging you in the corner type, but once she gets to know someone she wont shut up, very opinionated, cant stand hot weather
Powers(must relate to god parent; optional): She can make it snow (up too) five inches in a 10 ft radius around herself for 5 minutes, 3 times a day. She can create gusts of cold winds up to 15 miles per hour, 10 short gusts each only twice per day and a long gust only once per day (but she'll usually feel queazy after this). She can also make icicles form, up to a foot long, and only 10 times a day. If she uses all her powers, she'll pass out for a while, and she cant really use her powers in hot weather.
Life Before CHB*: Ryan grew up in Portland Maine with her father. Her father was a busy business man, but managed to marry a women named Jennifer when Ryan was 7. Jenny had her own son, Kevin, who was just two years older than Ryan, and she liked them both, but she could never seem to attach herself to them. So, she usually went to a friends house or something, untill she was able to see her father at home. One day, when she was 11, Ryan was attacked by a monster, but she managed to escape. Her father then brought her to camp.
RP Example*: Ryan walked up the mountian slope, her snowboard in her hand, and waited patiently for an open chairlift. With her friend, they sat on one, and made their way to the top of the snowboarding slopes. "Are you nervous?" Her friend, Stacey, asked. "Of course, this competition will be really intense" Ryan smiled, looking down at the ground. They were really high up, and it didnt help Ryan's nerves relax.
