Walking on the beach

Becca nodded

Helen nodded "I don't usually go into salt water, or any bodies of water larger then a swimming pool." she commented.

"You scared of water?" She asked.

"Only large bodies, I've had bad experiences." She said, she didn't really want to talk about it.

Becca nodded and walked to her bag. She pulled out a wake board, "These Hecate kids are crazy,"

Helen didn't understand "What?" she asked curiously.

"It's a magic bag or something," she handed her the board, "here,"

"What am i supposed to do with this?" Helen asked turning the board.

"Swim on it,"

"In there?" she asked pointing to the bay. "Nope, no way. Not gonna happen." she said defiantly

Becca nodded, "Sweetie this thing is something very safe,"

She shook her head "Not to me." she said.

"There is nothien in this water but naiads,"

Becca smiled and velcored the strap to the girls arm.

"S-so i just run in the water, and try to ride the wave." she asked

She nodded.

Helen stood up and took a deep breath. Then she started to run in the water, and hit a wave. She was suprised she acually made it this far without altercations, and no sea serpent this time. She was having fun until she felt something wrap around her ankle, she looked down, it looked like a tentacle, but it was bright blue and green. It started to pull, her breathing got quicker, trying to kick it off. She screamed as it pulled her under.

Becca sighed Americans are odd

Helen, couldn't see what exactly was pulling her, only that it was something with really long slimy tentacles. She kicked and flailed but couldn't shake it off. She reached for her hair clip but realized she had left it on the beach. There was only one other option, she didn't know if it would work, but she put her hand to the testicle and sent her strongest shock, that she could manage. The tentacle went limp and she flung herself up. She broke the surface with a giant breath of air. and swam to the shore.

Becca looked down at her phone, "it the 27!!!

She came up to the sand coughing, "Something pulled me under!"

"Oh and Nellys in the water too,@

"Nelly?" she asked, "who's Nelly?"

"My squidy poo," she smiled.
